Refund policy

All sales are final.

At Brandnheuw, every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Exchanges for Damaged Items Only

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited releases or special drops

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where a replacement item cannot be provided.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
